Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform through the end of the paid period.

5. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed through CCBill, our authorized third-party billing partner. RMRL does not collect or store full credit card numbers on this platform.
By submitting payment you confirm that:
- you are authorized to use the payment method provided;
- your billing information is accurate; and
- you will not dispute legitimate charges for services rendered.
Your bank may apply additional processing or foreign transaction fees beyond what is shown at checkout.
Billing Issues and Refunds
Refunds are generally not available; however, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of RMRL and CCBill.
If you'd like to cancel your subscription and not be billed again, or for any billing questions including refunds on a case-by-case basis, please contact our billing partner, CCBill, via phone at 1.888.596.9279, or by email at consumersupport@ccbill.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RMRL to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- access or attempt to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
- misrepresent your age or identity during registration or age verification;
- harass, threaten, or harm any person;
- upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, including but not limited to any content that depicts minors in a sexual manner or any content that constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- facilitate, promote, or engage in prostitution, sex trafficking, human trafficking, or any form of exploitation or physical abuse;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure;
- scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform by automated or manual means;
- upload or introduce malicious software of any kind; or
- distribute your account credentials or enable unauthorized third-party access to platform content.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Membership access does not transfer any ownership rights to content. Content is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial viewing within the platform.
The trademarks and copyrights in the site and its content are owned by The RMRL Group LLC or its licensors. The entire site is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. - downloading or archiving media files; and
- copying, redistributing, or publicly displaying any images, videos, or other content from the platform.
Unauthorized capture or distribution of content may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
10. Content Monitoring and Tracking
To protect creators and enforce intellectual property rights, RMRL may use:
- digital watermarking;
- digital fingerprinting;
- subscriber activity logs; and
- monitoring and forensic tracking technologies.
These systems may allow us to identify the source of unauthorized distribution. Users who distribute content outside the platform may be identified and held legally responsible.
11. Copyright Enforcement
All content on RMRL is protected under United States copyright law.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material may expose the infringing party to statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 504(c)), in addition to attorneys' fees and other available legal remedies.

15. Content Removal Appeals
If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal for removal of such content, please notify us by email at appeals@realmenreallife.com. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party.
16. Platform Availability
RMRL strives to maintain continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
RMRL is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind.
17. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

In any event, if liability is established, our total liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid by you to RMRL during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The RMRL Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the service from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service using your account.
